In the Media: Interview with Femeconomy

The future of work continues to be a hot topic during lockdown. Through forced disruption to the traditional work week, comes an opportunity to learn from the workforce’s experience and adopt new ways of working. I’m such an advocate for the benefits of flexibility and share my views in Femeconomy’s latest magazine. I’m thrilled to be featured alongside other female directors, business owners and fellow members, shining a light on the power of flexibility – which believe it or not, is more common for staff to enjoy, under female led businesses – as is equal pay!
