Our group is made up of highly skilled professionals with a minimum of ten years’ experience working in senior support roles but who now seek more flexibility in the workforce. We match great clients with great personnel who no longer need or want to work nine to five, Monday to Friday.

Lauren Calvert - Founder & Director

Lauren Calvert is Founder and Director of The Well-Suited Group. She is a highly qualified Executive Assistant with more than 15 years’ experience working with CEOs of multi-national and blue chip organisations.

Lauren started The Well-Suited Group in 2018 following her father’s death.

“My parents lived four hours out of Sydney and when Dad fell ill, Mum became his full time carer and I needed to be there to help her. It was at this point I recognised the need for more flexibility in the work-place, while my employer was supportive it was a light bulb moment for me, recognising that technology today allows us to do our jobs from anywhere.

“At the same time a lot of my friends had taken a break from their full time careers to have children and were looking to return to the workforce.  They weren’t just looking for a ‘job’ but a meaningful role that offered them the flexibility to work with interesting people on interesting projects and still allowed them to spend quality time with their families.”

Lauren has built a reputation amongst some of the most respected leaders and top tier executives in Australia for being a loyal, trust-worthy and highly capable Executive Assistant; in addition to providing exemplary executive support, her responsibilities have extended to sponsorship servicing, event management, leading projects and managing teams.

The foundation for her success has been built on outstanding communication, forward thinking, strong attention to detail, excellent time management and her instinctive ability to multi-task.

As a result, Lauren launched The Well-suited Group targeted at Senior Executives who have given up the corner office or who simply no longer require full-time executive support.

Lauren is committed to providing her clients with a reliable, innovative, and cost-effective service built on a flexible framework to meet individual requirements.
