Taryn is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with more than 17 years supporting senior leaders within boutique executive search environments. She is a trusted partner known for her discretion, reliability and ability to manage complex priorities.

In her last role at Perceptor Executive, she supported the Managing Director, playing a key role in the smooth running of the business. Her experience spans executive support, stakeholder engagement, recruitment coordination and reporting, along with strong capability across operations and financial administration.

She brings a well-rounded skill set, managing everything from complex diaries and stakeholder communication through to CRM management, invoicing, payroll and process improvement initiatives. Her operational oversight extends to office management, supplier coordination and onboarding support, ensuring teams are set up for success.

Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, she builds strong relationships with clients, candidates and internal teams. She consistently delivers high-quality support that enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
