TWSG on Celebrating Five Years in Business

As we approach the end of 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect on the year and wish everyone a joyful and well-deserved break.

This year has been one of the most challenging in our journey and yet one of the most rewarding. Like many businesses, we’ve felt the impact of a shifting economy. We’ve experienced the ups and downs: losing long-term clients, bidding farewell to valued teammates, and facing moments that tested our resolve.

But when I stop and reflect, I’m reminded that this is the ebb and flow of business. Challenges are inevitable, but so are opportunities—and I’m proud to say we’ve weathered the storm. Old clients have returned, new clients have joined us, and we’ve welcomed amazing new team members who have brought fresh energy and perspectives.

Last month, we celebrated a significant milestone: five years in business. It was the perfect opportunity to gather the team for a night of reflection and gratitude as we looked back on how far we’ve come.

Over the past five years, The Well-Suited Group has achieved so much more than providing admin support. We’ve created flexible work opportunities for women who need it most: helping new mums return to work, supporting carers and those managing serious illnesses and empowering women over 50 to re-enter the workforce. We’re delighted to deliver not just services, but meaningful change for our clients and our team.

On a personal note, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and training junior teams and peers and since relocating to the Mid-North Coast in 2022, I’ve become extremely motivated to unlock the potential of regional talent. There is no shortage of incredible skills and expertise outside the major cities!

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of The Well-Suited Au Pair. This initiative addresses the growing need for daycare alternatives in regional areas, offering families more options and flexibility.
